π Order Cancellation
– Before Shipment: Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier. Please contact our customer support at [support@labeljagruti.in].
– After Shipment: Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return once the item is delivered.

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

– Items must be returned within 3 days of delivery.
– Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
– Returns are only accepted for standard-size garments. Customized or altered items are non-returnable.
– For hygiene reasons, innerwear and accessories are not eligible for return.

– Exchanges are allowed for size or color variations of the same product, subject to availability.
– If the desired variant is unavailable, you may opt for store credit or a refund.

– Refunds are processed within 10β12 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
– Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
– Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

– Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
– We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure safe delivery.
